The Blue Sea – Casa Marathi

Casa Marathi Blue Sea is a wonderful house that gets plenty of sunshine and the sea breeze is all a guest needs for rejuvenating holidays. It is literally on the shore and can accommodate up to four persons. There is a spacious bedroom, a small sitting room, a kitchenette and a toilet with shower.

There is a private entrance, the view from the front yard is breathtaking and in the backyard there is a lawn with flowers and trees. For our guests who love cooking their own meals, there is a barbecue. They will love the seaview counting the stars at night or gazing at the horizon. Our guests can dive into the crystal blue waters, relax on the sandy beach and enjoy a delicious meal, choosing from a variety of mouth-watering seafood dishes served in the family tavern.

Refund Policy for Apartment Booking:

Full Refund: a. If a cancellation request is made at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date, a full refund will be issued to the customer. b. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial booking. c. The refunded amount will be credited back to the customer's account within a reasonable period, depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.
No Refund: a. If a cancellation request is made after the 30-day window has passed from the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided. b. The customer will be responsible for the full booking amount and no reimbursement will be granted.
Cancellation Process: a. To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer support team directly via phone or email. b. The customer should provide the booking details, including the reservation number, name, and departure date, to facilitate the cancellation process. c. The cancellation will be considered valid and the refund will be processed based on the date and time of the request as mentioned above.
Special Circumstances: a. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or any other situation deemed extraordinary, we reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy. b. Any exceptional refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be based on the specific circumstances and feasibility of providing a refund.
