Casa Marathi provides quests with two traditional flats built literally on the seashore. They can be booked separately, too. Renovated in 2018, they offer modern facilities which will be appreciated by guests of all ages

Casa Marathi Blue Sea is a wonderful house that gets plenty of sunshine and the sea breeze is all a guest needs for rejuvenating holidays. It is literally on the shore and can accommodate up to four persons. There is a spacious bedroom, a small sitting room, a kitchenette and a toilet with shower.
There is a private entrance, the view from the front yard is breathtaking and in the backyard there is a lawn with flowers and trees. For our guests who love cooking their own meals , there is a barbecue. They will love the seaview counting the stars at night or gazing at the horizon.
Our guests can dive into the crystal blue waters, relax on the sandy beach and enjoy a delicious meal , choosing from a variety of mouth-watering seafood dishes served in the family tavern.
Casa Marathi Blue Sky is a first-floor sunny flat which can host up to 4 persons. There is a roomy bedroom, a small living room cum-kitchen and a toilet with a shower. A private entrance a balcony that overlooks Marathi cove and the lawn with flowers and trees is simply great!

Casa Marathi is in Marathi, a seaside resort, 9 kilometers from Chania airport, where you will be enchanted by the marvellous sandy beaches and the clear blue seas. You will soak up the sunshine, you can do water sports or hire a boat so as to explore the nearby areas. Any time during the day you can sip your coffee or enjoy your drink in the cafes of the area.
Me and my wife lived absolutely romantic moments, spending our day on the beach and strolling all around the area that boasts great cafeterias and traditional restaurants. We just want to say ‘thank you’ to the owners of casa Marathi.
I came to Marathi with my two friends. We did a lot of fishing and water sports but what really touched our heart was the owner of Casa Marathi who became our friend and we had wonderful meals in his tavern. We can’t wait to come back soon!!

The traditional family fish tavern Rokos is next to the house and our guests can order a meal which will be delivered free of charge anytime during the day until late at night!
Casa Marathi is located in the historic area of Ancient Minoa where the king of Crete ,Minoas, used to have his country home. The archaeological findings are evidence of it. Marathi cove is in the outstanding Souda Bay , 9 kilometers from the airport and 20 kilometers from the city center of Chania.
In the nearby area there are gas stations, mini markets, pharmacies, Rent-a-car offices and ATMs. In the summer months there is regular bus service to and from the city center.
Chania is a very popular destination visited by thousands of people from all over the world. it is a wonderful city which boasts a big number of sights and the landmark of Chania, the majestic Lighthouse in the Old Harbor.
